Exceptional knowledge in Heating/Cooling, Water/Wastewater, Geothermal, Refrigeration, Industrial Process, Lab/Medical Gas and Plumbing systems. CMI employs skilled union plumbers and pipe fitters who provide the highest level of skill and safety. Our enthusiastic and experienced office staff is dedicated to the success of our clients. CMI primarily bids plan and spec projects throughout the state of Illinois.
a little History…
Founded in 1977 by Cecil Smith, Richard Kiger, and Norm Broshous. The original three founders have since retired, as well as three additional owners; Greg Baur, Stan Burn and Cody Weinstein. Commercial Mechanical Inc’s current owners; Jason Cook, Mike Campeggio and Luke Murphy would be happy to assist in any Mechanical Piping and/or Commercial Plumbing needs you may have. Pat Pryde has taken on a new role here at CMI as HR Executive and continues to be fully involved in the day to day activities.
